"I recently had a small car towing expense, so I put in a claim with Albert Reyes office. Erin Michelle Gore followed up to make sure I had rec’d my check, which I hadn’t. She told me she would look into it for me. I rec’d my replacement check the next week. Thank goodness she called to check as I had totally forgotten about it. She is always very pleasant to speak with. Albert is very nice and helpful too."

"I had to call Albert Reyes, State Farm insurance company, regarding switching insurance from one vehicle to another. I spoke with Erin, who was very helpful.
