The best experience I have had with them to date. Is listing to h their advice and adding hospitalization policy. This policy cost close to nothing. But when I had a brain aneurysm and I was hospitalized for 2 months, I was able to put in a claim. It wasn't life changing money but it was much needed and it really helped. The price of the policies are great as I have shopped then around but the most important part to me is their customer service and attention to details.
